We structure our process so you always know where the design is at, and to make it easier for you to make key decisions as things progress. The process is a guide and will depend on what the client actually needs. Please contact our team to let us know of your project.
We take time to chat with you and you can let us know your brand’s marketing goal. We’ll work out any technical requirements by the social platform. Be prepared for our questions as we will ask quite a few. You might also need to give us access to your social platforms if you opted for social media automation.
Based on our consultation, we’ll send a draft of your design or animation in one of the layout sizes first. If you opted for an ongoing service, we might send ideas for a pattern to follow with your posts first before we continue with creating the design or animation drafts. We might also suggest some appropriate hashtags and captions for the images but the final marketing decisions are yours.
We’ll revise based on your feedback until you’re happy with the content. Keep in mind the timelines and when you’re planning to post. We can then translate the designs into the other sizes and formatting required for the various social platforms and send the other variations for your comments.
We’ll make the final adjustments and send you the files via a Google Drive link. Please make sure to download these and to provide us with your Google email as access is restricted to our client only. If you opted for ongoing service, we can upload the assets onto your social media platform for you and schedule it at the times that you wish to have them post. You can then review the posts however you see fit and advise us which direction you wish to continue.

We do not provide marketing services as we are a creative service.
The social media service is designed to keep your brand “current” and our team does not focus on analytical data. Our team will research appropriate content and language for your intended audience and may suggest captions and hashtags that can assist with your marketing. However, the marketing strategy itself is up to you. You can either consult with a marketing professional or provide us with your marketing plan so that our team can create posts in line with your strategies.
We can provide a “pattern” as a form of a plan for your social media but it will not involve any data analysis or marketing strategies. We will suggest some effective content for your audience but our focus is on making quality content for your brand.
Our team can help with Facebook and Instagram on the ongoing packages only as it requires the tedious task of giving permissions and access. Once you provide us the appropriate level of access to upload the content, we can automate the posts to be scheduled periodically for you.
Yes of course.
Although or team can create stories for your brand, we still recommend you to do some of them yourself for “authenticity” which helps gain genuine followers. Our team can’t be there at your location to record but we can create promotional designs and videos from your recording.
We provide files via Google Drive to the email that you gave us. This access is restricted and if you have a different email, please let our team know so we can provide access. Please remember to download them to your own local drive as we regularly delete outdated files from our company Google Drive.
This often happens when you are uploading via mobile or if you are uploading a high resolution photo. Social media websites have an automatic compression which reduces the file size for their servers. Unless the image was already optimised by your designer, an automatic compression can distort a high resolution image on upload.
You will receive the designs in the various formats and sizes required by the social media platforms you requested them for; usually in PNG or JPG format. Please note that these are not high quality or appropriate files for print design so let our team know if you need these for printing and we will have to include that in your quote.
Depending on if you opted to have some animation for your designs, you will also receive the animated posts in MP4 format.
This part depends on whether you opted for an ongoing service. We will suggest a pattern that can work with engaging your audience to make a streamlined content creation. This will be sent off as a PDF.

This is a large scale project where each year has a different theme. Our team worked with Nui Events to create all creative assets for their music festival and worked in collaboration with their chosen marketing and printing companies. All animations and designs were produced and created by E. Studios using various media assets that belong respectfully to the relevant artists of the festivals. Our team handled creation of static and animated Google ads, social media posts & stories, web banners, digital & printed billboards, posters, and even EDM content. Due to the vast size of this project, we cannot show all assets from the campaigns and have instead shown three of the animated videos our team has created for the campaign.
